Terms and Conditions

We do not plan to cancel this event, and we believe that if you register, you do not plan to cancel.  When someone registers, we begin to incur fees due to the commitments we must make to put on a quality event.  However, things happen.  These are our policies if they do.

All registrations are non refundable. Must be paid in full.

If the event is made impossible by any cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full event registration fee to you, less any fees we were already required to pay to any service provider or facility that cannot be refunded or waived.

In the rare instance of an emergency, your registration may be transferred to a future event. A transfer fee may apply.

Your registration cannot be transferred to another person.  You cannot transfer your registration merely by changing the name on the registration.  If a name is changed, the registration will be automatically cancelled and refunded, less the applicable cancellation fee, and you will have to register again.  If there is a waiting list at that point, you will be placed at the end of the waiting list.

You cannot transfer your registration merely by sending someone in your place if you decide not to come.  New attendees cannot be registered on site.  If someone arrives who has not registered, this creates extra work for leadership during registration day.  All leaders have assigned duties that day, and we have neither the time nor the resources to deal with brand new attendees on site who have not given us their information prior to arrival, and have not received important information we have been communicating to attendees who have registered.
